Rub on pork loin or chops. Marinate in plastic bag 12-24 hours in refrigerator.
Grill loin about two hours to reach 140 degrees internal temperature. At approximately 135 degrees internal temperature, brush on melted butter and additional garlic powder. Remove from grill and wrap in aluminum foil until served. Do not overcook.
Store any leftover spices in a shaker bottle to use on chops or other meat before grilling.
