JUICY OVEN ROAST Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast (5 to 6 5 lbs )
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
Directions
In a 9x13 pan, line pan with enough foil to wrap around roast. Place roast in foil, cover with dressing and soup mix. Close tightly and bake at 325°F for 1 to 2 hours or until done to your taste.
