Black Dog Sesame Crusted Salmon Recipe

  • 2 pounds salmon
  • 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • dash of salt
Mix sesame seeds, bread crumbs, parley, salt, pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl. Brush portioned salmon with sesame oil. Coat salmon in the sesame seed and bread crumb mixture. Pour 2 tablespoons sesame oil in a pan and get it good and hot! Sear the top and bottom of the salmon in the pan (maybe 2 minutes each side). Place the salmon in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes to finish. Just before you want to serve the salmon, broil just long enough for the sesame and bread crumbs to crisp up. (serves 4)
