ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH SPINACH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound angel hair pasts cooked al dente
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package fresh spinach (9 ounce) (large bag)
  • 1 cup 1% Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
While pasta is cooking, spray a large skillet with no stick spray and add olive oil. Add garlic and cook until soft, add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese that has been mixed together. Cook and stir until cheeses melt then add the hot pasta. Prepare a salad and you have a meal in no time.
