Chicken Casserole 229 Recipe

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 package herb stuffing mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cook chicken; debone and tear into bitesize pieces. Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish; salt and pepper. Mix soup, broth and melted butter. Pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until stuffing is browned and edges are bubbling.
