MEXICAN SHEPHARDS PIE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pouch mashed potatoes
  • cheese
Directions
Cook ground beef in skillet, stir in salsa, chili powder and cumin. Spoon corn over beef mixture. Cook until heated through. Cook potatoes and spoon over corn; sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted.
