Awesome Grilled Salmon Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, or a half of a salmon
  • lemon pepper, to taste
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper and garlic salt.

In small bowl stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil, mix until sugar is dissolved. Place mixture in plastic bag and add fish steaks. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat grill. Place steaks on a cedar board that has soaked in water overnight.

Grill until outside is caramelized on the fish.
