Mock Prime Rib 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 package dry Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 package au jus gravy mix
Directions
Put roast in crock pot. Mix broth, dressing, and au jus mix. Pour over roast and pepper to taste. Cook all day on low. Don't take the lid off the crock pot.
