Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours.

Saute onions and peppers in oil until lightly browned; remove from pan.

Saute meat in marinade, about 10 minutes, until no longer pink.

Toss in the vegetables and reheat. Spoon into flour tortillas with toppings of your choice.

-2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
-1 1/2 pounds chicken, sliced
- FAJITAS:
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 cup onion, sliced
-1/2 cup green onion, chopped
-1 cup bell pepper, sliced
-8 flour tortillas, warmed
-1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- salsa (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
