Broccoli and Ham Quiche Yield: 2 quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Pillsbury Pie Crust (2 crusts inch box)
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 fzn broccoli flowerets (thawed and drained) (10 ounce )
  • 8 ounces shredded swiss chesse
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked ham
Directions
Place crust in two pie plates. Layer swiss cheese, broccoli and ham. (in this order) Combine eggs, half and half and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 375° for 35 min. then turn heat down to 325° and bake for 25 min.
