Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter - melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 drops of hot sauce (opt.)
  • 2 chicken quarters or 4 chicken breasts

  • Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.
  • Place chicken in a lightly greased 8 x 8 square baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Increase temperature to 400 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
This sauce is light and perfect with chicken.
