Chicken Rice Roger Recipe

  • 2 pounds fryer or chicken parts
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 jar mushrooms (3 ounce jar)
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
Flour and brown chicken in a little bit of oil. Place rice in greased casserole dish. Salt and pepper rice and add mushrooms, juice and all. Place chicken pieces in dish. Pour bouillon over. Place piece of margarine on each piece. Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.
