30 Minute Almond Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
Directions
Cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.

Add broth, bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes, add beans; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done (165°). Remove chicken; cover to keep warm.

Stir rice and nuts into beans. Remove from heat ; cover and let stand 5 minutes; fluff rice. Serve with chicken.
