Ham & Swiss Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 - 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 - 6 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions
Split and flatten chicken breasts. Place a slice each of ham and Swiss cheese on each breast. Roll up chicken from narrow end and secure with toothpick. Brown in hot vegetable oil for 10 minutes on each side. Spoon off excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat until boiling, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
