Breakfast Sausage Casserole 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup sharp, shredded cheddar cheese
Container:9x13 baking dish
Directions
Cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain.

Put bread in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.

In a bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Gently pour over sausage and bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Add cheese when almost done.
