Best Dream Sugar Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter with mixer for 30 seconds; add oil, beating on low speed for 30 seconds. Add next 5 ingredients until well combined. Beat in egg and vanilla. Next, beat in as much flour as you can and stir remaining flour in. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, then into granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with glass bottom. Can also sprinkle with colored sugar for holidays instead of rolling into sugar if desired. Bake for about 9 minutes, only until tops slightly crack & edges are set. Do Not Over bake.
