SUMMER BERRY PIE 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 box sugar-free Jell-O (small pkg)
  • 2 cups assorted berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
Directions
In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water. Cook on medium heat, stirring often. Boil 1 minute. Stir in Jell-O, stirring until it dissolves. Cool.

Add berries (frozen or fresh). Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate 3 hours.
