Blueberry Freeze Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups sugar-divided
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine blueberries, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water. Cook about 15 minutes over low heat. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Add to berries and cook until thick stirring constantly. Combine flour, oleo and nuts and pat in 9X13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes. Combine Cream cheese and sugar. Pour over crust. Add blueberry mixture and freeze.
