Pumpkin Cake 23 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin, canned or fresh cooked
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the remaining 5 ingredients. Then combine and mix well. Spray Bundt pan with non-stick spray. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
