Pumpkin Cheesecake 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 packages each) cream cheese, softened (8 ounces packages)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups pureed pumpkin or 1 can pumpkin (15 ounce)
  • 2 graham cracker pie crust shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, pumpkin and eggs at medium speed, scraping sides of the bowl occasionally. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. Pour into pie crust shells, evenly.

Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Refrigerate when cool.
