In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, pumpkin and eggs at medium speed, scraping sides of the bowl occasionally. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture. Pour into pie crust shells, evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Refrigerate when cool.
