SMK Pasta Wonderful Recipe

Update Servings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 sweet onion (sliced)
  • 12 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 13 1/2 ounces can whole leaf spinach (can also use frozen)
  • 16 ounces Premio kielbasa (sliced)
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • Pour oil into skillet and add butter; melt butter.
  • Cook onions, mushrooms and sliced kielbasa until onions are translucent.
  • Drain spinach in colander.
  • Cook spaghetti to desired tenderness.
  • Mix in and heat spinach and spaghetti.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
