Ham Loaf Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ham loaf
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Mix meat, crumbs, egg & milk and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place in casserole dish.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour, basting 2-3 times while baking.
  • Alternative: combination of ground beef and ground pork may be used in place of the ham loaf.
