Apple Yummies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups apples (diced, peeled or unpeeled)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups unsifted self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, unbeaten
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 2 cups sugar
Directions
Mix apples, nuts, flour, cinnamon, eggs, oil and sugar in a large bowl using a fork. Put in greased 9x15 pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cut into squares. Can be frozen when cooled.
