SOFT PUMPKIN COOKIES 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Grease cookie sheet. Combine sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Drop by rounded tablespoon on to cookie sheet. Bake 15 -18 minutes until edges are firm. Frost with powder sugar frosting.
