Bean and Avocado Taco Dip Recipe

  • 1 bean dip
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 8 sour cream
  • 1/2 taco seasoning
  • 1 tomato - diced
  • 1 green onions - chopped
  • 1 black olives - small can, sliced
  • 1 shredded cheddar cheese Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Seed and peel the avocado, in a small bowl mash with the lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  • Set aside.
  • In another bowl mix the sour cream with the taco seasoning.
  • Set aside.
  • Build layers in this order: Spread bean dip evenly on a serving plate. Top with avocado mixture sour cream mixture, top with tomatoes, onions, black olives and cheese.
  • Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
