Easy Chicken and Egg Casserole Recipe

The addition of hard boiled eggs creates a little variety in this chicken casserole. The chicken, macaroni, cheese, and hard boiled eggs all blend together for a fantastic flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 hard boiled eggs (diced)
  • 1 cup raw small shell macaroni.

  • Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 1 1/2 to 2 qt. greased casserole dish.
  • Bake at 325° for 45 minutes then remove from oven to stir.
  • After you stir you can top with buttered bead or cracker crumbs. Then return to oven and bake another 45 minutes.
