MOUNTAIN DEW PINEAPPLE CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cake
  • 10 ounces Mountain Dew
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme cake mix
  • 1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • ICING
  • 1 can crushed pineapple UNDRAINED (large can)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can coconut
Directions
Mix all CAKE ingredients and bake at 350° in 3 layer pans. Mix ICING ingredients and ice cake when cool.
