Ingredients
1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
2 1/3 cups flour
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt and flour. The dough should be soft, and neither sticky nor dry and flaky. Add a little more flour or water to achieve the proper consistency. Knead dough on a board until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, greasing the surface of the dough with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to rise for about 2 hours. This is enough dough for a 16" pizza (or one sausage/spinach roll). After the dough has doubled, punch down and roll out. Flour on the board will keep it from sticking.
