Low Fat Cornbread Recipe

  • 1 cup fat free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix well yogurt, sour cream, eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 12 c muffin tins @ 450° til lightly brown on top. Put leftovers in ziplock bags. They microwave very well.
