Ingredients
1 baguette or small sour dough baguette
1 small can of sliced spiced pears
1/2 smoked gorgonzola cheese, sliced
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Slice baguette into 1/4-1/2 inch slices.
Place on baking sheet.
Drizzle with lemon olive oil.
Place under a low temp broiler for 3-5 minutes, just until lightly browned.
Place a small slice of smoked gorgonzola cheese on each baguette. It will melt slightly.
Place one sliced pear on each.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
