Salsa Verde 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 Tomatilos (green tomatoes)
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Wash the tomatoes then put them in a pot to boil. Once they boil, let them cool down for five minutes, then put in the blender. Place cilantro, onion, garlic and jalapenos in the blender. After you have blended all the ingredients then put the salsa in a pot and let it boil for ten minutes. Add the salt and stir. Place in a serving dish and let it cool for 20 minutes and enjoy.
