Graham crackers
Frosting

Break the graham crackers in half.
Frost one half with frosting and then top with the other half of the graham cracker.
Make up a batch and serve them on a plate; then watch them disappear.

Note: You can use most any frosting that you have on hand but a light fluffy frosting will not work as well because it spread out of the cookie too easily. If you don't have a can of frosting on hand you could always just make up a quick batch of powdered sugar frosting to use.

"OMG! My mother use to make these all the time for us as kids and then she would make them for my kids. My kids and their friends still talk about how they were one of their favorite cookies. I will have to make them for my grandkids. They would be easy to make for a quick treat. I had just kind of forgotten about them until I saw this recipe. Thanks for adding it to the site!"
