  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 peaches, pitted, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

For filling, combine peaches, sugar, cinnamon and salt until combined.

Gently place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, allowing edges to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with peach mixture.

Bake 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through.

Sweet filling with that warm cinnamon flavor. Perfect when served hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
