Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 onion (optional) (medium)
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

  • Shred cabbage and carrots; chop pepper, celery, and tomato.
  • Mix dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage mix. Mix well.
  • Keep in the refrigerator.
Note: You could use bags of pre-shredded cabbage and the amount pepper, celery, and tomato can be adjusted to your preference.
A sweet cole slaw with added vegetables for extra crunch and flavor. A perfect side dish for any meal.
