Arroz con Guandu 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans pigeon peas/Guandu
  • 4 or more) cloves garlic (cut up fine)
  • 1 onion (minced) (small)
  • white rice
  • olive oil
Directions
Cook a pot of white rice in a large skillet. Add some olive oil, then add in garlic and onions. Brown onion and garlic. Add in the peas and stir. Cover and cook while stirring a bit. Pour the rice into the skillet and mix all together.
