Vegetable Casserole 39 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  • salt & pepper
  • Cooking spray
Directions
Cook vegetables in small amount of boiling water, salted, until crisp and tender (drain). Chop veggies finer. Whip egg, add margarine and milk. Blend and pour into baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
