Vegetable Beef Soup 21 Recipe

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 pint stewed tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 3 cups water (I use more)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 package Au Jus sauce mix
  • 1 package frozen corn, broccoli, or mixed veggies (I use what I have inch my freezer) (10 ounce pkg)
Place all ingredients except frozen veggies in crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours. Add frozen veggies during last hour. Serve with crusty french bread or hot rolls.
