Ingredients
1 can French onion soup
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 can cream of corn or cream of celery soup
2 cans evaporated milk (small cans)
2 quarts milk
1 package small shrimp
1 package imitation crab meat, cut up (small bag)
3 potatoes, cut into small dice (small)
1 onion, chopped (small)
1 stick butter
Directions
Cook potatoes and onions in microwave just until potatoes soften. Melt butter in cooking pot. Add all ingredients except crab and shrimp. Simmer, DO NOT BOIL, for 20 minutes. Add crab and cook 5 minutes; add shrimp and cook 5 more minutes.
