PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups coarsely ground pretzels
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 6 ounces strawberry jello
  • 2 cups Hot Water
  • 20 ounces strawberries, partially thawed
Directions
Blend pretzels, butter and brown sugar, pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 350° for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip and mix. Spread on crust. Combine jello and hot water. Stir for two minutes, add strawberries. Let partly set. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Note: This can also be used as a dessert.
