Pickled Green Beans 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canning salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • green beans
  • garlic
  • dill
Directions
Bring water, vinegar, salt and chili powder to a boil. Pack jars with green beans, add one clove of garlic and a head of dill to each jar. Pour hot vinegar mixture over contents of jar. Put jars in hot water bath. If using pint jars, boil for 5 minutes, quart jars for 15 minutes.
