Easy No Yeast Pizza Crust Recipe

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 425° Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water together until it forms a ball. Do not over mix. Sprinkle flour on counter or pastry board and roll dough to the size that you wish. Place on pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread the vegetable oil over the crust to prevent the sauce from soaking into it. Pre-Bake for 5 minutes for a crisper crust. Top with desired ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and melted.
