Ingredients
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine ingredients, mix well. Spread evenly in greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Spoon into bowls. Top with fruit, brown sugar, milk, honey of your favorite choice of toppings.
