Prickly Pear Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups prickly pear juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon Juice
  • 1 package Sure Jell
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Follow Sure Jell recipe, but after starting to boil, boil 3-5 minutes. You may want to add coloring. Pour up and seal.
