Chicken Parmesan 40 Recipe

  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 20 Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 16 ounces sour cream
Mix together butter, crackers and cheese and roll chicken in crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl combine soup, water and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.

Finish baking till brown and bubbly, approximately 15 more minutes.

Serve over cooked rice.
