Ingredients
2 tenderized round steaks
yellow mustard
bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dry onion soup mix
Directions
Spread thin layer of mustard on steaks. Lay uncooked bacon slices over mustard to cover meat. Roll up steaks with mustard and bacon on inside. Use toothpick to secure. Place on tin foil in baking sheet and cover with mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix. Cover with more tin foil and seal edges. Bake at 350 for 60-90 minutes or until done. I have also found that, in the event you do not have the steak thawed ahead of time, you can skip the roll up step. It tastes the same, just not as pretty.
