Crispy Oven Fried Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound flounder or sole fillets
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • Lemon wedges
Directions
Coat fillets with mayonnaise. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika. Dredge coated fillets in bread crumb mixture. Arrange fillets on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes, or until fillets flake easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges. Yield: 4 servings, about 140 calories per serving.
