ORANGE SOY BRAISED PORK RIBS Recipe

  • 4 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat oven @ 325. Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. In large roasting pan, bring to boil orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic. Lay out ribs in one layer, turning to coat with sauce. Cover pan with foil, braise in oven until very tender, at least 2 hours, turning ribs once during baking. Optional sauce: Remove ribs, skim off fat and reduce sauce by boiling.
