Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, deboned
4 slices raw bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 pound butter, melted
dash parsley flakes
1 cup cheddar, swiss or mozzarella, shredded
Directions
Split chicken breasts and wrap with bacon slices. Fry chicken until bacon is browned. Put chicken in greased casserole dish. In medium bowl mix soup, milk and butter. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Bake covered @ 350° for 30 minutes. Remove foil and add cheese to top of chicken. Cook an additional 10-15 minutes. This recipe can be doubled easily.
