Italian Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 Boneless Chicken Breasts cut inch bite size chunks
  • 3/4 cup Bottled Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

In medium skillet or saucepan, pour in Italian Dressing. Saut chicken, remove from saucepan. Arrange chicken pieces in 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Slice onion; add to saucepan along with mushrooms; heat for 2 minutes; spread over chicken. Sprinkle uncooked rice over contents. Empty the cream of mushroom soup and the water into the saucepan heating until well mixed. Pour this over contents of dish making sure rice is completely covered. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is done, when no longer pink inside when slit with knife.
