Vegetarian Cashew Chow Mein Roast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1 cup cashews roasted
  • 1 can mushroom pieces (8 ounce can)
  • 1 can water chestnuts sliced (4 ounce can)
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 cups Chow Mein noodles
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

Place in shallow sprayed baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.

Sprinkle with chinese noodles and bake 5 minutes more.
